Welcome to the Brighton Primary School website.

Brighton Primary School is situated in a pleasant rural setting with spacious grounds for sport and
leisure activities.

The school opened in 1952 as an area school with an enrolment of 198 children. In 1978 Brighton
became a primary school. The enrolment is presently 600 children (approx).

Our key purpose is to provide high-quality learning opportunities for all students so they can maximise
their potential in supportive environments which will enable them to become effective members of the
broader community.

We try to live and work according to our motto: TOGETHER WE STRIVE
